Living with a Mexican family will not only help you imrpove your Spanish very quickly, but will also introduce you to the Mexican culture and customs. Your new family will involve you in their day-to-day activities, holidays and traditions. You will also make plenty of new friends that will last for a lifetime.

We have a homestay program that carefully selects each of the homestays families to ensure our international students will be comfortable and welcome in a friendly environment.

Our host families will provide a private furnished room; three meals a day varied to suit all budgets and lifestyle; shared washroom and access to laundry facilities as well as a friendly atmosphere where they can practice speaking Spanish and good location for public transportation.

SPEAKING WITH YOUR HOSTS

If you have trouble communicating with your host family, do not give up! It is normal to have difficulty making yourself understood in the beginning. If you use every available opportunity to speak with your hosts, conversations in Spanish will become easier each day.

HOUSE RULES

You should ask your host family about their house rules at the beginning of your visit. You will feel more comfortable if you know what is expected of you. All students must give at least two weeks notice before leaving a homestay.
